In a bid to secure a high profile tenants suite, Heatworks provided Teledata with 3D visualisation and walkthrough of the proposed installation and from the success of this Teledata and Heatworks secured another high profile tenant for the refurbishment of the following suite, TD5.

8No vertical discharge air cooled condensing unit located on rooftop chiller area. The external chiller plant area was also included in the 3D visualisation.
The electrical fit out of a new data centre on the 3rd floor of an existing building. The electrical installation included new panel boards, distribution boards, primary containment, sub-main installation, earthing and bonding, power to new CRAC units and power to new comms cabinets throughout the data centre.
